Our Bucharest office has been in operation since May 2014 and is a global operational service delivery hub. We are dedicated to supporting local entities within the Allianz Group, notably in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, and to helping deliver integrated insurance and assistance solutions of the highest standards to their existing, new or future clients, and to their end customers throughout the world.
 

Our service expertise spans Roadside Assistance, Travel, Appliance Protection, and Customer Relationship Management. We provide comprehensive helpdesk and other services for each of these activities, and handle front and back office assistance and insurance-related requests and claims. We also provide customers with information about anything related to insurance, ranging from policies and policy status, content, products, and updates, to quotations and regulations.

Although we are a young operation, our results already speak for themselves. We handle more than 15,000 travel insurance claims and more than 110,000 calls every quarter. In order to meet the diverse linguistic needs of our clients and their end-customers, we deliver all of our services in multiple languages. Our multi-lingual staff speaks German, Italian, French, English and Romanian.
