For our travel and retail insurance customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will be responsible to assess and pay cancellation fees or repair cost.

You will be responsible for:

- Full scope of claims management activities

- Examination and assessment of claims

- Execute payments

- Correspondence to customers

- Tracking information in the relevant applications

Profile:

- Good German, minimum B1 certification

- Preferably 1-3 years work experience, but not required

- Good analytical skills

- Knowledge of insurance business, ideally in claims management

- Proactive attitude, team spirit

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good MS Office skills

- Good English is a plus

- Handling of information calls and emails and providing context specific information

- Provide emergency assistance for roadsides customers

- Correspondence to the customer

- Handling of customer satisfaction survey calls, payment of invoices

- Master data management for customer and contract data

- Tracking information in the relevant applications

- Involvement in project work

Profile:

- German (spoken & written), minimum C1, fluent English (spoken & written),

- University degree and preferably 1-3 years work experience in a customer care center would be a plus

You will be responsible for:
- Professional and efficient handling of customer requests by phone, mail or email as well as customer satisfaction survey outgoing calls
- Checking the validity of issues or complaints and suggesting adequate solutions
- Forwarding/escalation of critical customer requests/complaints to supervisors or specialists and reporting back to customers on how the inquiry/complaint has been solved
- Corresponding with customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction
- Providing context specific information and advice to customers according to internal guidelines and policies
- Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications
- Sharing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team
- Coordination with other departments from partner entities in Italy
- Attentive and active participation in training courses offered by the company
- Following instructions of the team leader or management of the company
